Inground Swimming
is a right to a fence around an inground swimming pool have?
My neighbor put in an inground pool more than one months ago, and has no fence around it. Everyone off the street can go in straight. I think it'a a great danger to the health and possibly against the law. Am I right? Thanks so much.
I am sure it depends on local regulations, but most places have a requirement that a closed fence around the pool so few people not to fall in.
