When starting a diet you first need to look at yourself and the way people see you. This is one of the hardest things to do. If you don't do it you won't be forced to make a change to your current life. You might have all the money in the world to buy the best foods and train with the best trainers, but you won't be able to lose weight if you're not willing to make a dramatic change to your everyday routine.
You might be a big fan of Dr. Phil or not. The fact is that he has helped millions of people around the world to face their problems and enjoy life again. Obesity and less serious weight issues have been a stumbling block since the beginning of time, but today it has been more serious than ever. Did you know that obesity is at the top of the list when it comes to preventable deaths in the United States of America? This fact alone has convinced Dr. Phil to take this matter on.
Dr Phil's fat loss plan explains one of the reasons people fail time and time again to lose weight. Some people manage to reach their perfect weight but gains everything back in no longer than one year. Why is it such a big problem? We need to look at ourselves because that is where the cause of the problem lies. Your willingness to change the way you look and to take care of your body should be greater than the things that causes obesity.
Being honest with yourself has always been hard. Think about it for awhile. To pass the first obstacle of Dr. Phil's fat loss diet, you need to be honest and ask yourself if you're at the point of your life where you're ready to make a change. You determine that be answering a few questions that will uncover the truth. A few of Dr. Phil's questions follow:
1.You've probably tried many other weight loss diets which haven't produced the fruits. The real truth is probably that you didn't deliver the fruits. Are you willing to give Dr. Phil's fat loss program a try?
2.Are you willing to get rid of all the problem food in your house?
3.The time may come when you've tried to cheat the weight loss plan. Will you then admit it to yourself and others around you?
4.Dr. Phil's fat loss diet expects you to do proper exercises. Are you willing to do that?
5.Do you realize that you're the only one who can change your body?
6.Do you admit that you have a problem and that something needs to be done?
The answers to the above and other questions Dr. Phil provides will make it clear if you're able to change. Setting goals in life is only the start of your weight loss process. The next step is to make sacrifices. Everything else around you might be set in place but you have to make it happen.
What I like about Dr. Phil's weight loss plan is that it doesn't promise the world to you and provide you with the best before and after pictures. Realistic goals are given and a totally new way of thinking. Never be dishonest to yourself or even the people around you. Take the big leap and get out of your "safe place". Start making some changes. Keep little and realistic goals in mind and take every step slow and with caution. Don't let anyone stand in your way. That includes you.
