Many of us are concerned about our body figure, and most of the time we try indulging ourselves to go through different diet plans that may somehow maybe very challenging to cope up with, in our system. Most of these diets have side effects such as dizziness, stomach cramps, and weakness. But have you ever heard about bad breath diets? Well, most of our diets results to this, and there are several reasons why diet can lead to bad breath.

If you are on a diet which lacks that much carbohydrate in the menu, then you probably will encounter this unpleasant problem. The body usually is in need of converting energy through the food that we eat.

If essential elements for converting are not present, our body converts protein and fats instead which then produce a certain chemical called ketones. Ketones are the ones responsible in producing that chemical reaction in the body which would eventually lead to that foul smell from the air that you breathe out which is more commonly known as bad breath.

This may be a very embarrassing experience for those who indulge themselves on a low carb diet, and then after workout harder for building firmer muscle so they could eventually lose weight. To make sure that they shed off those pounds, they need to follow their diet in a scrupulous manner.

While on the other hand, they are also required to perform regular exercises to cut down the fats and firm the muscles, so they would have to replenish the lost proteins through taking in food with high protein content. In this continuous scenario, the ketones would then be produced. Then after, it will be released to the body, which would eventually result to a release of that unusual smell we call bad breath.

Yes of course, you will definitely look slimmer by indulging yourself with these low carb diet plans, but the thing here is, would you be able to keep up with that unpleasant smell all the time? You may have temporary relief for this bad breath diet issue by continuously taking care of your oral hygiene, however this may not be a permanent resolution to your problem.

However, this is something that you cannot avoid while on diet because this is the response given by your body for having an unbalanced type of diet. You should also keep in mind that food definitely plays an essential role when it comes to acquiring bad breath. If you continuously take in food that may cause your body to release this foul smell, then the greater chances of you having the difficulty in resolving the problem.

You have to consider as a possibility that this may not be that beneficial on your end, and not that much worth all your hard work. Would you rather choose indulging in the same diet, and at the same time you lose your friends because they can't stand your breath? I suppose not. In this case you may have to look for an alternative diet that would not have the same bad breath diet effect, that can bother you for a very long period of time.
